FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP
The workshop is specifically designed for business owners to unravel the concepts behind critical financial strcuture, ratios and investment analysis. It aims to provide an overall and basic understanding of financial management in running a business.
Studies of business failure show that more than 60% of small-to-medium enterprise startups fail within 3 years to 5 years. One of the primarily reasons that most of these businesses fail because of poor financial management (cash flow).
Many small and medium-sized business owners are so immersed in the day to day running of the business that they simply do not have the time to proactively act upon financial risk and opportunity indicators presented in their businesses.
