ORAL COMMUNICATION WORKSHOP
The oral communication workshop aims to help participants be more aware of the importance of having speaking and listening skills for effective communication either in their social life or at their workplace. The workshop provides an avenue for participants to practice using verbal and non-verbal techniques for active listening and to help participants say what they mean effectively by paying attention to the visual-vocal and verbal aspects of oral communication.

The workshop will involve participants sharing experiences in effective or non-effective communication and the results of miscommunication and allow the appreciation of verbal and non-verbal techniques used for active and inactive listening.

Participants will practice communication exercises through pair dialogues, group simulations and sketches.
