Project Management – Basic
This workshop is targeted at participants that are new to project management will have the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of managing projects, and then apply those fundamentals to their own projects.

Project Management – Intermediate
This workshop is targeted at participants with minimal to moderate project management experience will have the opportunity to learn the keys to successful project management, and then apply those tools and techniques to their own projects.

Project Management – Advanced
This workshop is targeted at project managers who have mastered the fundamentals and are in need of more advanced subject matter. We start with an assessment of their current capabilities and needs, and then develop a customized workshop that covers the topics that will enhance performance development opportunities.
