VENDOR MANAGEMENT
Every organisation requires the support from its suppliers or vendors to fulfill its deliverables to its customers. Therefore, Vendor Management is a critical component to ensure smooth operations flow of the business.
In this workshop, trainees will pick up tips on vendor selection process and risk management. Besides, they will learn how to draw up Request For Proposal (RFP) and also acquire basic knowledge on Law of Contract.
In the 2nd part of the workshop, the trainer will seek to tackle a delicate issue of relationship management with the trainees. Trainees will be taught conflict management and negotiation skills when dealing with difficult vendors. Central to the relationship management segment would also include communication and listening skills.
Lastly, the trainees apply their learning through sample case study to reinforce their understanding.
